How do I book my luxury picnic?
Click the “Book Now” button from the "Luxury Picnic" page under the package you would like. Follow the prompts to select the date and time you would like to schedule your Luxury Picnic. You should receive your booking confirmation and be contacted within 24 hours to discuss your event.
Bookings can be for any occasion: Birthday, Date Night, Girls Night, Anniversary, Showers, and more, to include children events!
When do I pay and how?
When you have confirmed your dates and occasion details with Jennifer Eileen Events, you will receive a contract to be signed. You will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable "booking deposit" upon completion of the signed agreement for services. Full payment is due 7 days prior to your scheduled picnic or event. Jennifer Eileen Events reserve the right to cancel your event if payment is not made in full 3 days before your event.
Payments can be made online via HoneyBook.com using a valid credit card. Otherwise, payment is to be made by cash or money order.
How far in advance can I book by picnic or event?
You can book your picnic or event as early as possible to ensure your date and time. The booking deposit will still be required.
Where can I host my picnic or event?
Picnics or events can be held at a park or the beach, in your home, in your backyard, by the pool, Airbnb, hotel, or at a venue. We will be happy to set up wherever you choose.
If any permits or rental fees are required for location, it will be your responsibility to reserve the location and pay any applicable fees.
Do you travel outside of the Treasure Coast area?
Yes! We will be happy to travel to you for your picnic or event for a small mileage/travel fee - inquire for more information.
Will food and alcohol be included in my picnic or event?
We do not provide food or alcohol with the picnic. You may bring your own or arrange a pick-up/delivery of food. However, we do offer charcuterie board options for purchase as an "Add-on"
Note: It is the responsibility of the client to check and adhere to all laws pertaining to alcohol consumption at your event location. Jennifer Eileen Events accepts no responsibility for any penalties that may occur due to alcohol consumption.
Can we leave the picnic whenever we are done?
All picnics have a 2 hour event time. If you would like to leave early, please provide us a 30 minute heads up via call or text so we can arrive back to the picnic for breakdown. You are responsible for all picnic items until we arrive.
What if I show up late?
If you will arriving late, you should notify us immediately. If you are more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel event and client will not receive a refund. You will forfeit your 50% booking deposit and will need to reschedule for the next available date.
If client arrives late, the event stop time will still be the original stop time. Client is allowed the allotted time from the start of the scheduled time, not the arrival time.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule, this has to be done 72 hours before your scheduled picnic or event time. Please keep in mind all fees paid are non-refundable. Cancellations within less than 72 hours will receive a late cancellation fee of $100. Reschedules must be re-booked within 60 days of date of cancellation.
